Reviving my site from supplemental hell? :(

    I've done everything (almost :D):
    1.) unique metas and content
2.)link building on deep pages (maybe not that enough but I did anyways)
    3.) rewritten page names

I made a sitemap and linked it to my index page. Pages from supplemental were removed. After that, the programmer accidentally removed the sitemap link and surprisingly, pages were back to supplemental results.

I tried redoing it but to no avail. pages are still supplemental. :(

Can you suggest some remedies? :(

BTW, I'm not referring to my blog linked here. It's another site. :)

Make sure you build high quality natural links to your internal pages.

Give it time, if pages were outta supplemental once, most likely it will happen again. Keep getting links to these pages.
