I'm going to start my revision tomorrow (yeah I know, I should of started ages ago, but I'm lazy) but I want to know one thing before I start. I know listening to music will make it more enjoyable, but will it affect the ammount of information I actually take in? Looking for answers from people who know more than personal opinions (but they do help to a certain extent) Thanks, Dan
What do you mean? I'm revising for my a-levels (bio, chem, psychology,it) and want to know if listening to music while revising will affect how much information I take in.
you mean studying? I personally like classical music when I'm studying/paper writing and such. It helps me focus a lot...
I hate studying with music, I need total silence. Unfortunately I live next door to a radio DJ who plays his crap so loud and when he's mixing he plays one bit over and over again it drives me nuts. In the words of nintendo ''CRUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'' However, This one time I heard him singing ''Don't go breaking my heart'' and doing both the female and male part himself...for a good 20 minutes, so when I next saw him I started humming the tune and now I never hear any noise coming from his place. The point of the story? ...there wasn't any.
it does not affect on our concentration on studies i always listen to music while studying as it avoids other side disturbances
Do you have any References Stating Facts to your Statement???... I would be interested in seeing them...
Well I graduated w/ summa cum laude honors thanks to my 'Classical Materpieces' CD set in college. But really, that's the only time you should listen to such boring crap!
