It could take 3 or 4 weeks to crawl and re-index your page.

While you're waiting concentrate on getting quality backlinks and start a strategy of updating your pages more often. This will encourage Google to revisit your site more often.

It can definitely take a while. But the advice about updating your site more often is good advice - also helps your SERPs.

Give it a week or too more and your new tags will be there. The time to update all depends on how big your site is and how often Google crawls the site. If you update the site more often, Google will visit more often.

The changes will happen, so focus on something else in the meantime.

as others have said depending on how big your site is, will depend on how much your site is crawled, so it could take from a number of days to a number of weeks, just concentrate on building your website and im sure big g will make thhe changes in time.

Be patient... Google will update it in it's next crawl. You can submit a sitemap
to Google Webmaster tools to quick up the process.

It may take up to a month to reindex your page with revised tags.
It happened with me and it took about 3 weeks for me.
