Revised Landing Page – Is it Good?

    Hi all,

    I recently asked forum members to comment on a test landing page for a PPC campaign I was designing. I’ve just redesigned the page (taking out required fields, CAPTCHA etc) any would appreciate and new opinions...links below...

    its not loading properly, the form is all messed up on the old page and I see form fields on the new landing page but no background images or anything else
