I think the background with the dragon is sorta cheesy.

The site has a lot of great information, but to be honest, I think the layout is terrible. The flash at the top? No good.

Also, to expand on what Andrei Savu said, the iframes are not good :-/

Use style sheets to format the text. Drop all your recipe titles into <H1> or <H2> tags. Organize it by type instead of alphabetically. All chinese restaurants I've gone to are broken down by: Chicken, beef, fish, etc..

I also liked the idea of the "top10" or "latest" box. Drop a new column into your database called "views" or something.. And make it so anytime a page is loaded, the value in field "views" increases by 1. Then do a query limited to the top 10 results in descending order by "views" - I do something similar on my site (jruck in the sig.)

Anyway, good luck - keep up the good work and let us know how it works out for ya.

No problem - you too buddy.

Site definetly has potential to earn ya some cash $$$ :)

Make a newsletter so people can sign up for "New Free Recipies" or whatever. Then at the end, include your favorite cookbook with a link to amazon ;)

    Cheers!
