    Hello,

First off, I would like to make a note to the moderators, as I am not 100% sure if this is where this thread goes, if not please feel free to move it to where it is suppose to go.

We are SIS Media Group, an Internet Marketing company and we are looking to do a bit of research for our company and our new launch of our site, and we are looking to get some research & reviews from the public, business owners, entrepreneurs, and others out there, this way we can make a more personalized site for each and everyone of our possible prospects.

We have setup three (3) questions at first we would like to ask the general public, please be 100% honest, as this is the only way we are going to be able to gain insight into your thoughts and what you would like as a prospect:

    Question #1 - Order Process

Solution A) View, Order, and Pay Online - In this option you the visitor/client would browse our website and see a variety of different Customized SEO Packages, PPC Packages, Social Media Packages, etc and you would see what each one contains, what you get with each one, what is different between each package, and you would be able to select your package, pay online directly and immediately, enter your account information to setup an account, and then one of our dedicated account managers would contact you to go over your campaign and customize it for you.

Solution B) Call and Contact to Create an Order - In this option you would be able to see a variety of our packages online, you would be able to see the pricing of each package, see what it does and doesn't offer, and then you would contact us and one of our sales representatives and ask any questions and then they would set you up an order, send you an invoice, you pay for it and then you guys schedule a kick off meeting to get your campaign under way.

    Question #2 - Content Presentation

Solution A) Related Images + Content = This option would be a site that has just related images to the content you are viewing, such as a website design portfolio or a sample website template on a Web Design & Service Page, etc. This is just showing related images for the service pages you are viewing, and that is it.

Solution B) No Images in Content = This is just as it sounds, there are no images in the service content, just content regarding the services, and that is it, no images.

Solution C) Images Showing Process = Now, this is alot like solution one, except with this solution, you are not getting related images to the service, instead you are getting an image that shows the ACTUAL process of the service, (ie for example with SEO you would get an image that has several images in it showing the setup process, the content writing process, the distribution and publication, a reporting, etc) so basically you are seeing what is going to happen in your service while also reading about it.

Question #3 - Actual Content Readability

Solution A) Informative Content - This type of content is going to be all informative, what the service is, how it works, what it is all about, how it can be incorporated, the history of it, why it's important, what type of benefits of it, benefits versus other services, processes, all internal aspects of the content/services.

Solution B) Plan & Simple (To the Point) Content - This is going to be very direct content, and it is going to answer four main questions. What is the Service? Why it is important to a marketing plan? How can it help my company? And How can I get Started?

Solution C) Specific Detail Content - This is going to be very specific details about the services, for example with SEO, the different types of SEO (on-site and offiste), what is on-site fully explains, what is off-site, the different types of off-site seo, different types of reports, how competition matters, what type of process we do, how many days it works, when you get your reports, when you get setup, the process in which then entire campaign goes, etc EVERYTHING.

I want to say thank you for all reviewing our research questions here and hopefully we can review the information and get good feedback from our audience and be able to put together a plan that is going to best benefit our clients and customers.

    Thanks again in advance.
