Helpguru: Links list: I would make the links blend to the bg a bit better. There is the nice contrast of cource, but to my eyes it's a bit too much. Perhaps darker greyish would make it a bit less intrusive and look less like an ad. For the ad-box I would add some space around it to give it a more prominent showing and catch the eyes. It would also make your layout a bit cleaner. Hope this helps
