    HulaDirectory: Very nice design. Maybe try a different logo. I liked the top-menu and footer a lot.

    DirectorySeek: Nice and clean body and footer. Again try a different logo. You can use some quality fonts to create better logos. Check Dafont.com for different fonts.

    directoryseed needs a lot of work on it's graphics. The banner and images look like they came from 1995. the text on the buttons are also distorted for me.

    huladirectory is much better, I think. In fact, it is one of the best looking directories I've seen.

    I would say you only need to work on directoryseed.

    (and by the way, both have the webpage title of "Directory", perhaps you should switch it to something more personal to your webpage)

    http://www.huladirectory.com/ -- needs more improvement.. especially the color of the header.. maybe try to make it more colorful.. But i like the simplicity of your site..
