Some lovely pics there but I would definitely turn them the right way round. Otherwise good.

 

Less is more.

Your entire blog is riddled with advertisements. If you want to establish a site that people want to go for then design it with them in mind. Ads are fine, but your PRIMARY goal needs to be making a nice blog. Lose some of the ads and organize the layout more.
