    well, the layout is okay , but I think you can still work a bit on the colors.( for the header and the right menu ).

    Simple yet attractive, but the orange shade in heading and other areas are irritating my eyes.
    adsense placement is fine, you may also prefer to put one adsense in navigational area.

    The header design is pretty nice. I would remove your orange highlights because it makes your site look unprofessional. Bold font is enough.

    The blog looks good. I'd suggest you let more posts appear on the home page, maybe 10 or 15 instead of just 5.
