Can someone take a look at www. artaria . com (please note that i put spaces on the domain because i don' want this URL to be tracked from this forum. any SEO advices for this site? aNY COMMEnts will be greatly appreciated.
PR6 and no Alexa? What the hell? I just stubled into a xxxxx Alexa site with a PR0 in the other thread. I wonder what are you guys doing.
The site has been there for a long time and been generating a great traffic. Plus they are linked to really quality sites. I would like to get some comment regarding the drop down menus on the left, whether they are spiderable or not, etc
title tag, maybe you should be more descriptive? what keyword are you targetting? a good tool to check is this http://www.instantposition.com/seotest.php
Yup considered that @sebastya. My main concern are the dropdown menus at the left. Id like to know whether they are spiderable or not. If not, any recommendations?
1) You should change the menu because it's pure javascript. Your goal is to have anchor tags within the html that point to those pages. This is what I came up with after a search on Google: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/chrome/index.htm Alternatively, you can simply add the links somewhere on the page and hide them from your visitors. 2) The form here seems to be out of place both in IE and FF: http://www.artaria.com/OrderHistory.asp 3) Emphasize on title tags as sebastya said. For example at http://www.artaria.com/SystemLink_Composer_1 you should actually add the composer's name to the title.
I very much like the design. Good first impression (Very important IMO) Also, the javascript menu is not necessarily a bad thing. SEs can read it just fine
I don't think so @Nima. when you search one link inside the drop down menu and query in google, it does not exist. is there anyone there who could give an advice as to what dropdown menu is best?
Hi Tatiana, you may want to try SpiderSimulator and you'll see how search engine spiders view your site...and your drop down menus is included on your content...meaning it is spiderable...
yup the texting on the drop down can be crawled by spiders, i'm not pretty sure about this but what spiders can’t crawl is the link or the page on every text on the drop down
