Stupid idea! There's tons of similar sites.

 

I like the subtle colours in the central boxes. However, the 'what is SEO box' at the left is hard to read as its so narrow.

 

Something is wrong with the top menu when you hover over them.

Also, I have been looking for websites such as yours for a while. This is how I have been evaluating the sites when I visited:
-Check that site's pagerank
-Checked their past projects and what type of work they do and results they yield
-Price

 

the design is kept simple as it is service offering site.

decent layout despite a couple of glitches like
the word 'yourself.' overlaps the FREELANCE image behind it.
The touch sky with us can have more visual appeal..

Use a combination of normal and bold fonts and varying font sizes to highlight whats important as everyone wont have the time to read through everything.

Its the first impression that will let the user decide whether he is going to look deeper into the site or close it.

Seems somewhat basic and wordy. Nothing really "jumps out" and catches my attention. Do you have any testimonials or feedback you can share with visitors?

 

The colors and the layout are clean. I would reconsider only few things. Padding in the blocks. Don’t be afraid of a space, space is an element of any design. The justified alignment is not recommended for the web, I think it makes it hard to read. “Touch sky with us” place it close to the logo and don’t make it curved. The logo could be also improved. If you want to use the globe and magnifying glass graphics them use then as an icon with the logo, IMHO, the logo would look better if it is done as one and in one row, that is “SEO Solution”.
