    I would like to hear reviews or ideas or tips how to increase visitors / Members / traffic about this project. It will be appreciated.

    The design looks okay, but check your alignment in IE, the header and all of the links don't fall in the button area. Also, for your content area, use a black font in the grey box area so it'll be more legible.
