    I don't have any time to work on it and its PR vary , sometimes its PR3 sometimes its having no PR etc, since I am not working on it. It has good SERPs for many competitive keywords - if you market it nicely, its a good asset for you. The site is getting roughly 400 unique visitors per month now.
