Review your AdSense implementations on Flash gaming sites

    I just recieved an e-mail from the Adsense team entitled "Review your AdSense implementations on Flash gaming sites".

    The e-mail was basically saying that you cannot place ads near flash content:
    Has anyone else had this and do I now definitely need to move my ads 150px away from flash content (because that will no doubt result in a lower CTR and earnings). My flash content is not even a game...

    why don't you try and NOT move your ads and see if you get banned or not?
