http://www.wmdtalk.com is my own forum that I'm trying to build. It's built by the little guys for the little guys and I was wanting your opinions about it. Design and all. I don't want www.wmdtalk.com which stands for webmasters manage domains, to look too fancy. Thanks Also check out my other review request HERE
Yes, thanks. That's what most people think it is and that's why I picked it. Gotcha. Seriously, you like the design and that it? Tell me more so I can make changes or consider it. Also join if you'd like. It's free as well and no rules.
lol funny. Hey, what do you think of the overall design, concept and stuff like that. Join if you would like, it's free and advertise your Cheap SEO Services. Thanks.
Design is OK. Could use a bit of spit and polish to make it look slick. I notice the Shoey ads at the top. Good move. I'll join later in a few weeks. Give me a reminder then OK? Col
I don't know why, but scrolling down is a bit heavy for my browser and this is what I don't like. You could add some separators between menu positions (now they are to narrow a little).
I would use a lighter backgorund color because what I have right now is too dark. Also, a nice header/banner design for the forum would make it look 10x nicer
As most of the above posts, I also think that there should be less scrolling. About the theme of the template, considering your topic, change it to something lighter. Your template suits more to gaming, music, (and actual WMDs), but not to webmaster oriented sites. Something lighter will be better.
Thank you guys very much. Okay. The weird scroll thing is because of the menu on the side. It makes it do that so that might change. As far as the scrolling, I checked, and it's about the same as Digital Point. I want the main topics available to new users. If my forums needs less scroll, then so does Digital Point's forums because they are almost the same. Thanks for your opinion and please msg back.
I wanted to stay away from header banners because it's just taking up space and I rather rely on content. Please message back your response.
I don't know why. I have that same scrolling issues as well. At first I didn't notice it and then I noticed that it was kind of lagging. Also I believe this is a Firefox issue. It doesn't do that in IE7 or any older version of IE.
I found that most of links have not been optimised for web crawlers. For me you should apply a bit of mod_rewrite magic to this forum.
