I understand that the design is not the greatest. I built it more focusing on features and flexibility. All pages can be redesigned easily.

Contrary to what you've said, I think the design looks great. The script which you use for the Recently Added Videos is also pretty cool.

I like it, but i think you could do with a new logo.
