    First of all you have got nice domain name. contents are useful you should add some videos to it too

    Thanks for the idea :) I'm currently having the articles re-written by a professional article writer because the ones that are currently there are just crappy since I made them myself :p. Videos sounds like a pretty cool idea though Thanks :)

    More suggestions/comments/reviews would be appreciated.

    Nice idea, i like it.
    But the color mix you have for the site is a bit rare. Put more art into the website too maybe images of the muscles of the back, videos of exercises, etc.
