oohh you really need some big improvements if your serious about running a hosting website. it took me all of 2 seconds to decide i would never buy hosting from it
You guys illustrated my point exactly lol (read the left half): http://www.tallahasseewebdesign.com/form.php Other than the design as mentioned above, I would go with PayPal's payments pro and integrate it into the site so people can make payments right on your site without PayPal logos, redirects or anything PayPal related showing. I think payments pro is about $30/month, which would be worth it if you did enough business. But umm, I'd gussy up the design a little bit first.
I agree with what has been said thus far, I think you should get a professional template for your site and add more colors into the color scheme to make it look more appealing.
