Privet ot shpani I love the idea! Can I suggest something? 1. Why this domain name? It suggested I would see a directory about Mogilev. Why not making it a niche dir about Mogilev and add some pics and info about this wonderful city? 2. The adsense would bring more if you blend it - just change the white background to your site's background. 3. The page formating - there is a big gap before the category list. Either place a picture there or delete the paragraphs or line breaks before the categories. 4. You may have some code problems. When I click on Arts & Humanities (it says it contains 26 links) it appears to be empty I like the design. It is very simple and easy!
I strongly agree with tankard, you should change the background color of your adsense ad to make it blend in with the theme of the directory. There is quite a bit of negative space before the categories, you should move the categories closer to the top of the page to fix this problem.
There are just too many empty spaces around and it would help if you reorganize the layout. Other aspects like colors should be ok.
It shows links + subcategories inside, understand? In that category is 0 links but there is 26 subcategories inside of it Also, thanks on all good reviews
Ah, I thought about that too... In start emogilev is hard to remember but for some time it`s easy to remember
I suppose, but if you intend to get visitors from search engines and such it might present a problem. The only other thing I would consider improving is the submissions page, the categories listbox is quite a mess. Perhaps you could do something with javascript, with two listboxes, with one updating itself when the other is changed.
