The design is not bad but it's difficult to read the url of the site in the header you should remove the black border around the text. You should also remove your email address from the header to prevent spam.
Looks pretty good to me. The black border around the text in the heading makes it look cheap and reminds of junk email, but don't change anything else in the heading.The logo and text overlap on the Dedicated Servers portion, and are a little too close for comfort on the Reseller part.

It's a good site, however, it seems very crowded with pictures and text. Create a larger template for your main text and images and this will eliminate the problem. Once you correct the clutter issue, it is a very nice website.
