Design is nice - personally, I'd lose the adsense below your header, and maybe have it display as vertical skyscraper below your menu to the left. Also, maybe think about focussing your meta keywords around your main topic which the blog is about, as it will help focus adwords to display more focussed tpes of ads - at the moment the adwords ads are so diverse they seem all over the place. But well done otherwise.
