    Looks good and onpage SEO looks pretty good too. Is there search juice for your keyword terms?

    One thing that I ALWAYS recommend is an opt-in with a free report. You could Give away a report 7 Things The Insurance Company Will Not Tell You When You Get Injuried.

    How about some video on the site? You could record a video with a message about injuries etc...

    It is ok, but i am not found any image or flash at ur header section.

    And do on-page optimization.

    Design wise is good, use some images to become seo friendly.

    The site looks simple, try to use some graphics effects on the title and also add a header image for that.

    Site looks good, loads fast , overall navigation seems to be excellent.
    Onpage SEO is also good .
    You can aim on particular keywords more because competetion is intense on insurance claims.

    Gear up for Off Page SEO , Try to submit some good articles , press releases and links.
