    Its almost going to be 4 years since we had this template, we are planning on making a new one so just wondering if we should or not depending on the reviews.

    Do you really offer web hosting services?

    The template looks old and looks like a fake hosting website. If you want customers, you should really change the entire template.

    I just take a look into your site, and found that it's feels "plain". I think it will better for you to redesign the template. Nowadays a hosting service usually have "eye catching" professionally designed website so the potential customer feels confidence to use their service. You can do this too.

    it looks very much like a template but if you add your own personal touch like a nice menu and make some images in photoshop it will look much better

    Looks a little stale and very "static". Use the new tricks that HTML5 and CSS allow to give it a new, fresh look so that it grabs your potential clients' attention.
