    Looks good, a common mistake is that new forum sites have to many sub-forums. This will scare away new members and let you forum looks like empty.
    Don't offer a marketplace in the beginning, it attracks spam posters a lot.

    you need to attract more people who can create good meaningful threads.
    If you got, say 10 good people to do that, your site will get great traffic in the next 1-2 months time.
