    I am a programmer in profession, sometimes design for fun. I planned to do this site for long time but never could finish. Finally I did it.
    Web Cosmo offers classified ads on Jobs, Housing, For Sale, Community, Personals, Services, Resumes, and Gigs. All ad posts are free of charge. Hopefully I can get in competition with craigslist someday. :)

    I must say I like the design its much better than craigslist. The colors are professional as well

    I dont you can compete with Original Craigslist though, anyways good luck with your competition
    Love the design of the site and as 8everything said, it is much better than Craigslist.org
    You can just make the footer a bit Darker

    Like the design, will just be full of a load of rubbish in no time. If you can do something about that then you are going to do well.

    it says "housing (1)" but i dont know which subcategory has the stuff..

    it should say:

    housing (1)

    then apartments (1)
    then other category (0)

    In my opinion.

    I agree with you "Solicitors Mortgages", I have to prevent people from posting same ad in different categories.
    having the count of posts on subcategories may be a good idea also.

    I already have the free link popularity checker, I am thinking of giving the code for free so people can use it on their site.
    Currently I am working on developing a bookmark tool.
    These tools doesnt really relate to the category of my site, but giving them away will help me have links from other sites as well as visitors.
    Do you guys think its a good idea??
