Review: Web Host Review Site

Hey guys,

I am working on a project at the moment and would like your views so far, its not 100% complete but its close.

I am thinking about create a users section to give some user tools for checking up on web hosts, any views on this?

I also not sure about the colour scheme of the blue, maybe change it to more a black/red colour.

I think this is good site for hosting finders i think color is good you no need to change...

Hey guys, thanks for the views so far! But would you be able to test it to see if the functions work like adding a host and reviewing a host.

But also, what do you think of a users section which give syou access to tools such as whois, domain lookup etc

 

I don't like the background color..you have to enhance or change it. Hope it helps.

 

Which background? The stripped one or the plain white one?

also what would be your view on good colours?

I give the website 10/10 for design

also 10/10 for not being aimed at hostgator reviews and such. I think I will be signing up and adding CreativHost to it

Hey what was the error? The server has been having a DDOS attack all day on another account some it maybe affected.

I will also add you site tomorrow. and I do get what you mean with the hostgator aspect.

Nope blue is my fav.

The website was only down for a few seconds. I have added CH so pleas do accept I will also get our users to post our reviews there instead of web hostig top to help you get a little traffic

I forgot to ask how long has your site been open. I noticed 0 pages are indexed on google.

BTW after signing up I would suggest the user to allow to select/upload there banner.

Its a new site thus why I was asking for views on the style and some features I may add.

At the moment, A host has to signup then create a topic to upload a banner. But I am not sur eif to allow hosts to do this or in future to do it all by hand, As I have found in the past hosts upload promotional banners and promotional text into reviewing text which is not the aim of the site.

One more thing. The stats page. The text is so Big I dono if it should be like that but it looks odd.

Its a good website. Only problem is the red text color, it doesn't seem very good. Also there is a little problem in the header i think, the logo is out of place.
