Great design. The header looks plain, just place the logo top left to the menu.

A really nice style which I take it you customed? It looks really inviting to join for guests.

Maybe add a banner with 'your ad here' along the footer. It would be more noticable for those looking to advertise on there.

nice forum but the java script menu navigation is not looking much good.
