Hello all! We're looking for a feedback for our visual feedback tool for website designer and developers TrackDuck.com. It's main purpose is to make communication within website design or development process easy and simple. We already have 5000+ users and we're looking forward into developing this tool further. We kindly ask you to give it a try and post your feedback here. It has a freemium option, so trying it out won't cost you. Most important topics for us: 1) It is easy to use? 2) Is there something you don't like about it? 3) Is there something you would add to it? Any feedback is welcome. Thank you in advance!
Signing up now, the concept is awesome! Just one bit of immediate feedback - the font is a bit gritty edit: I used the chrome extension but if I was using it for real I'd have added the javascript. Where were you a year ago when I needed you?! I couldn't see where I find a summary of tasks. It appears that when I'm on a page I get a task count and I can see the marker but if I don't know to look how do I know that there is a problem assigned to me? Aaah, just found it inside track duck - training issue. Some thoughts on the pricing page Free - would be good if perhaps you said 10 open tasks which for smaller projects would keep them ticking over and give the admins confidence to use on larger projects Diving Duck - what does the minus $34 mean? rather than say 1/13 just put the upper limit And put a space before Jira
Dear Sarahk, thank you for your feedback! It was immediately forwarded to our staff. Also, I asked them to seriously consider a time machine option so we could jump back year ago and help you solve your issues then
The count on open tasks would be great, that way there would be an incentive to close tasks so the team could focus on getting things done quickly to keep the tool open.
It is an interesting concept and the website looks great! Just a few things I can nitpick though: The social buttons at the bottom of the page are not completely centered vertically for me on OS X 10.9 using Google Chrome The logo looks a bit fuzzy for me on my retina display. You should consider creating retina resolution graphics.
