Looks good, I like the red on orange header. You could try to make it a bit bigger though so it stands out more. Try to customize the text a bit more. I doubt most users would want to know the program behind it, I think they're more interested in the main function of the website which is a bit unclear because its mostly about how its done instead of what your site does. I really like the overall look though, pretty site.
Javascript is required to view the site. Is that really what you want? Search engines will have problem indexing your site.

it depends where you are from if your IP show you are from a different country my proxy will not work it blocks china and some other countrys. What county are you from?
