Yes, funny pages are popular, even if a site is not too professional, because people like to relax and take a rest, especially if something is really funny there, so, your popularity is out of the question. The only problem -- design is tooooo simple, too obvious. And the header (the banner) looks too free. You should apply YOUR graphics, not from Google, IMXO. and of course, that animation is too annoying. all the rest is good!
