    Where is the white on this website exactly? There is a bit in some of the graphics and then there is no white anywhere else. Am I missing something?

    Add 2 or 3 pixel white border around the text written over images and make the color of the text like some dark readable color such as Black or Navy.

    design is breaking up on IE7. Menu stays on the left.. the body content drops below everything...

    I think the site has a good layout, maybe kill some of the all caps, particularly on the menu, it might look a little better, and maybe a non-text logo :). Other than that, I think it has a professional feel to it.

    add some colourful pictures like people in colourful clothes. Also, darken the colour of the links at the bottom..don't stand out too well as they blend too much with the light background
