Nothing much to say but it just Rocks!!!
The header and every post customized with features, image and download link looks pretty beautiful.

Design: Wow great design, very professional. The colors are good and the header is cool
Content: You have very nice theme, the content is very good. A lot of choice, we can see a preview of all the themes that's very good. Only negative point is this section : http://topwpthemes.com/news/ , you post news but we see only text, an image is everytime good when you post an article

what can I see? You have there a beautiful design. Very simple and attractive. All the elements in you website are good placed. Your Ads too. For the content, there are variety of wp themes to choose. I liked it very much. I even bookmarked your site. Very good work

That looks great and has many features integrated with it, great job.

Only downfalls are the banner doesn't have that much colour and the box ad is too intrusive with the rest of the theme.

 

Very nicely done! This is indeed a professional and clean design.

That is better than any theme site I've seen. Awesome work! Great collection of themes too.
However, there is a section starting on page 3 and lasting until page 5 where the layout changes.

i like the design...but i almost missed that you could bookmark something (ie the bookmark icons are greyed out and only highlight on a mouseover...)

Wonderful design, like it much.
And liked that face too.

 

As a graphics designer I'm going to say: great job! (compared to your previous theme).

The the logo area, I would use a more rounded web 2.0 font. Try a glossy red for the TOPWPTHEMES area to balance out the other reds on your page. The red arrow is also not that appealing.

The the tabs ( wordpress themes // news // support // feedback ) I would center the text vertically (It's a bit too high at the moment so move the text down a bit)

Overall, it looks great
