Content of your site is good but you should use more images and better header for your site

 

I just reviewed a dozen of websites and yours is the first one I like. It's a nice theme, easy to read, pleasant on the eyes. Menu looks good as well. I may change a logo a bit to make it more attractive but good work.

I really like it, I think sometimes it is hard in wordpress to make a site look unique, however I love the layout, tones you have used and the video area. The top banner works well within the layout too!

 

Very informative site but you should add better images and more destination to your site so you can get lots of visitors to your site
