Nice color website, nice middle banner I would suggest change your logo with nice Icon.

 

I like you color choices. I would look into adding a flash component in the top half of the page.

you might want to turn on gzip in joomla or run a css compression plugin, yoo theme sites sometimes need this and you will see a better loading time. quality website
