    its a bit blank , could add some colour or a logo to the site.

    A simple logo is good. Maybe remove the border as well?

    Pretty cool, I have developed an free image hosting script, but don't have the appropriate web hosting company to deal with since it requires some configuration on the server side (IIS configuration) and it needs large hard drive size and high bandwidth.

    Can you guys recommend some? Thanks!

    It probably would be a good idea to describe the whole purpose in why people should upload their files into your site. Is it secure? If so what are the security measures are you taking so uploaded files do not get exposed. Gaining trust from your customers is one the main key for your site to succeed.

    Try to gain trust from your users. Insert a "terms and conditions" and specially a "privacy policy" on your site.

    maybe get rid of the admin link for security resons.

    Also maybe make the menu become a drop-down menu
