make huge eyecatch logo - graphics
Put IP data bigger

Your website needs a design makeover, choose a color like
green/blue/dull red/light orange.
Make a simple yet unique logo. It should be noticeable but not distracting
compared to other images.
Ads on the top(text) and right(all types) generally have higher clicks in my experience.

Everything is everywhere and nowhere.

Try and make a layout with a little organization. It's just too boxy and sore on the eyes.

 

I agree it looks a bit to boxey, and the colors dont go well with each other.
