I do quite like the basic theme of your blog. I dont think the widget bucks widget in the right column is the right type of advertising for your site. Im sure your click thru rate is very low. But overall it is a good starting point.

really busy - benefit from more white space. also there is a huge gap in your sidebar where the main content goes much deeper- is there anyway to balance that out?
