The idea is great. It's something that will definitely be appreciated by people. If you manage to create a reputation of a truly objective review site, you're on for a very very good site.
Looks pretty good. I have a suggestion though, I think it would be great if you add the country information in which the webhosting provider operates. And having a country-based category of webhostings would also be a good addition. I hope you find my feedback useful.

The layout is excellent. It looks professional and has a lot of character. I am surprised with the ratings though, in my experience GD was among the worst hosting companies. Anyway, the site is very nice thought.
thanks! we all have different experiences/opinions I suppose.. but as you can see GD is listed as one of the worst, so it seems they're consistent in disappointing their customers
