I don't like these colors
Light colors are better ?

And maybe little bigger fonts

im in agreement you need lighter colors on the eyes and or colors that blend a little better with black and yellow and orange, and the font need to be bigger and maybe a little more space between things

the site is too wide too load and dont looks that much attractive! try to change the bg color(light) and blend the adsense with bg too!

 

My advice? Put porn on it!

But in all actuallity, to compete with other video services (which AT&T says will end the Internet by 2010) you'll need a sleeker design.

I find the flash banner too busy. Maybe just have the video animate if you mouse over it? That way people don't feel overwhelmed. And I agree about the colors: too much contrast for a page with a black background.
