Your website look good and clean. I think you should adjust it a but more to fit IE. (for example the advance search bar). Use the Adobe to check all IE versions.

I meant to adjust the css, so it will look the same in all browsers. Usually the problems are with Internet Explorer versions.
In order to see what your website looks like in every browser, you can use an Adobe tool: https://browserlab.adobe.com/

Clean & professional look and feel. Your navigation planning is very good. Add more products to the categories. Please also add some keywords on your Title Tag.

once I start getting more users. I will update that. But for now I mean it's okay. Also, the forum is only a small part of the website. the only reason why we started the forum was to get more traffic to it, by bringing traffic to the forum, that will lead more traffic to the website.

Hello- I do not know a lot about jewelry and sales on jewelry so my opinion just may stink but here goes. (alot of times the best advice is from people that know your field)...
But from my point of view being a consumer, also being the person I am and many people the same as me. When I go online to buy something there is a reason for me to do so. I always buy clothes, electronics, appliances, auto parts, and everything online. Even though the same places I shop online at are about 3 blocks away from my house, I am always looking for "more bang for my buck" so to speak. I know I will get it cheaper, no sales tax, discounts and better deals online. So with that being said when I go out (which I will be) in the next few months to get my husband a ring and a nice watch for his birthday I shop around. I will find what I like and then search for about a hour trying to find the best bang for my buck. So I am curious if it is a good idea for you but maybe put info out there on your site " why is it better to buy from you than a traditional or retail jeweler store". What guarantees do you have & maybe even when they are looking at your items underneath put a retail price and then your price. Everyone seems to look for the best deal out there. I know that jewelry cant be considered like electronics or stuff like that but if there is a way for you to promote it as hey you can go to x store and after you pick out the jewelry and the sales tax and the this or that or also they may only have a few styles would it not be better to buy from me (free shipping) and my price is a little better than retail and I have more styles or unique styles or even if you want something and don't see it I can find it for you since I am a jeweler for at a better price or fair price but you have to pay me a finder's fee (so your not wasting your time finding something for someone and then they back out). just opinion from me on how I shop. Hope I helped somehow. Also maybe even (if it is not too expensive) put a new page every holiday and you can seo and market the holiday with 1 page on your site like mothers day gifts- fathers day gifts- graduation the list could go on and on but if marketed right you could get a lot of traffic and that is what you need.

Also one other thing and again my ideas might suck but just ideas I don't know your field well enough to be confident I know advertising though. Jewelry is probably a tough market with so much competition but online you have a advantage as you can market thousands if you send out to alot of people. I believe it is just like offline marketing numbers game x amount of people see you x amount of people bite and out of the people that bite (check your site out) maybe % buy. So with that being said put another product on there that more people will go to your site. ever think of that? I know your a jeweler but say you put something different on your site that you know is a hot item or product. Say 300 people come to your site not for jewelery but for this other thing but while they are there they check out what else you have hence jewelry and then some people buy that would of never bought. Does this make sense? I suck at writing which you can probably tell but do you see my point? I always told business owners before they would advertise with me to put other offers (if they could) out there or offer different services than just one service because then when I did advertising for them they would get a greater response because they had alot more to offer and more people I could target. Again the rule for me being more bang for their advertising dollar.
