    The ad placements are okay. What I would do is center all of your content into the middle... (as you can see, there's a gap on the right side of the site)

    Maybe change the font size slightly, so it gets a bit bigger?
    Further I'ld suggest to use a bit less ads, and maybe placing them on top of the upload form itself, as people see there quicker :) (see Adsense Placing tips)

    Further it looks ok as image hosting site ;)

    At first glance I found the submission section of the page a little too well integrated - perhaps a border of slightly differing colour scheme to make it stand out a little more? Other than that, exactly what I would expect.
