I had a crazy idea earlier today to start selling the following hosting plans:

    200 MB Of Disk Space
    10 GB Of Bandwidth
    Cpanel Hosting
    For $0.25 /Mo.

    500 MB Of Disk Space
    25 GB Of Bandwidth
    Cpanel Hosting
    $0.50 Per Month

The profit would be low, but it would attract customers to my company. Those customers may eventually decide to upgrade thier plans or buy VPS from me. I'd like to know your thoughts and ideas on this, as well as general suggestions to how it should be managed.

Also should customers pay monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually for this plan? With so many scamers running around stealing people's money I personally think it should be quarterly or monthly.

Thanks for the feedback, I have a $1.00 plan that has 5x as much as the $0.25 plan I'm proposing so it would be a good fit.

Hmmm, it's good but make sure you take into account all the cost factors.

Also you will need volume and without a significant overall profit you won't be able to improve your business.
