    First of all, get ride off that bunch of ads/links after the navigation bar on the bottom it affect both the visual appealing of the site and the relevance of your site for search engines.

    LooK & Feel of your site is good. But some adult content is there. I don't like. please reduce the characters from your Title, Meta Description & Meta Keyword Tag.
