Layout design: Simple could have been better - 5 / 10
Color Combinations: Good - 6 / 10
Loading Time: Fast - 7 /10

What I liked:
a) Logo is cool
b) The design of right hand side columns like Categories, Recent Comments etc; are very good

Suggestions:
a) Try to remove that ad in banner. I know that you cannot do without that but try to place it somewhere else. It is very distracting.

b) Search box and Search icon are not properly aligned. Fix it up!

c) Try to properly arrange all the contents that you have displayed in your site. All those are very informative but I feel they all are not properly arranged .
