    If you're going to try and monetize this site, it might be too busy as currently constructed. You might want to cut it down to 2 columns and a narrower width.

    I think the site is very informative, and provides some great tips.
    Design-wise, I would lose the ads at the top as well as the calendar, and rethink the logo...
