Liked the idea of the site but little not sure about who would be your target audience, liked the name.
I like your idea. It is a great project. But I'm not sure that everybody must sign first. Maybe you can make a limited version for people who wants to try your site...
Hmm thank you both for your reviews. Actually it is like that, if you register you have the opportunity to select your favorite topics which will inform you whenever a reply is posted to that topic, besides you can create topic and edit your posts when you're registered. The only thing a not registered member can do is to reply created topics.
Nice logo and the site looks pleasant. I think the topic field looks too large and not suits with the font size, check it and try to re-size it..
