    The header is not appropriate - you should definitely create another one to attract readers.

    Ad placement is good.. but yea u need to get a nice header. Rest looks good.

    Nice layout and contents are very interesting and i agree with above reviews regarding header.The google translate function is good and was very fast in translating to desired languaage.
