WOW! The templates looks amazing with the content and coded ! For your adsense ads on top, I think the ad link colors would look better as yellow

OMG, all of the stupid videos are caching automatically.....you're wasting my precious bandwidth. Most flash video players don't cache until you hit play, your ones load automatically which is annoying.
