Overall I like it a lot - a nice web 2.0 feel. I really like the main menu :)

One thing to change : The logo in the upper left corner - it took me a moment to even realize what it was. Perhaps make the W look more like a W and the same goes for the D.

Yeah, nice & clean, readable, I like it....

I have to admit that because I saw "Contact Us", "Submit" and "Outsource to India" big buttons, I was a little confused as to why the four headings in the centre were not linked/buttons... just a minor point.

The link text in 'Latest News' needs a tweak... it's a serif font in the up state and a sans-serif in the over state.

Viewing in FF2 on a 1920x1200 screen, tiled vertical, I get a horizontal scrollbar so I'm assuming the design is not optimised for 800x600 desktops? I still get 10-15% of visitors viewing one site on 800x600 so that's at least 500 people a day using that screen res... just saying because your 'resources' page is a liquid layout and that works perfectly :)

    But yeah, nice design.

It is loading slowly a little (took me 2 sec), make sure to optimize the HTML everything else looks good, just maybe reconsider the font usage. Remember even if you use one family of fonts but in different sizes, those sizes create a separate font feeling. So 1 font (Family and size) for titles, another for the text. Colors may differ for title in different section. There could be another font used for the feature boxes, the number of fonts should be minimized as much as possible. That make the site look very solid.

Nice site overall. There is, however, something odd going on with the type in your upper menu. It looks a bit odd to me, like it's lower resolution than the rest of the site. is it just me?

    Cheers.

Nice site, but I agree with Thedark that you use too many color variation on it.
Maybe you can use less colors for global consistency on the site

I don't like so much the logo, because it looks like a tech logo, while the site is another style. Another thing about the logo: you have optimized so much the JPG that logo looks bad, try to give more quality to the JPG, that's an important part of the site.

I dont like the text on the bottom "Outsource web design....". It's a bunch of text that's hard to read. you can use paragraphs there.

The "resources" link go to a different site, its so confusing.

If you fix some elements you can have a nice website, so try to fix these little things :)

Looks good with the exception of the logo. You are a step up on the rest with the use of xhtml. Marlon
